George Werner
George Werner serves with the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada as the Assistant to the General Superintendent for Mission Canada, directing a team of visionary leaders who facilitate missiological ministry across Canada. His passion and conviction for the nation comes from 24 years of ministry in Ontario and British Columbia. Aside from this role, he is privileged to serve on the Evangelical Fellowship of Canada’s Board of Directors and is a member of the executive team of Church Planting Canada. George and Eileen have been married for 29 years and have three sons (and a daughter-in-law) in post-secondary education and a daughter who has just completed high school. They currently live in rural Ontario and are involved in ministry at Elevation,a new thriving community of believers in Waterloo committed to impacting their city and serving the students of the universities there. George enjoys running, biking, golf and hockey, and finds great pleasure in cooking, music and the arts.
