It is now possible to complete the Credential Application online (for Saskatchewan candidates). Click here to go directly to the online application form.

If you prefer to complete the application manually, it is possible to download all the documents needed to apply for ministerial credentials with the PAOC.  Please print the forms out, complete them and then mail them to our office.

You may download the entire package or if you only need certain portions, you may download only the applicable sections.
