A few years ago, some of us pastors from small towns got together. We realized that a lot of the conferences we go to deal with city churches and do not apply to our rural setting. In our setting, we are very visible and if we worked together we would have an opportunity to impact our whole community. So, together we created a rural leadership conference in the beautiful surroundings of the Cyprus Hills.
